Madame Jennifer, a boutique urban distillery in Hove, has been crafting premium spirits since 2018. The owners, Inger and Ian, combine their scientific expertise and passion for quality food and drink to make impeccable spirits.

Madame Jennifer isn’t your average spirit brand. We use traditional methods to craft exceptional gins, vodkas, and liqueurs such as limoncello and silky-smooth cold-brew coffee liquor.

We carefully select the finest ingredients, from botanicals bursting with flavour to coffee beans from a local speciality small-batch coffee roaster.

Our distinctive small-batch method enables us to experiment with a variety of botanicals, creating exceptional spirits. Every Madame Jennifer bottle is hand-labelled and numbered, making each one unique, perfect as a gift or as something special for yourself.
