Absinthe
Madame Jennifer's clear Absinthe is distilled with green anise, star anise and wormwood for a bold, aromatic anise flavour. Served as a digestive with plenty of chilled water it has a smooth, creamy and rich flavour. Naturally sugar free, and free from artificial colours.
Absinthe was banned in many countries in the early 20th century, and is shrouded with myths of hallucinogenic effects. Invented in Switzerland, this is the first Sussex made Absinthe.

Perfect Serve:
Absinthe is a strong spirit, traditionally served diluted. Add 3 to 5 parts cold water to a small measure and watch as it turns cloudy, a transformation known as the louche. Sip slowly to enjoy its complex character.
