Making a St Clements cocktail

St. Clements is a perfect drink for fans of zesty cocktails - evoking memories of sunny summer days.

It combines the zesty zip of lemon and orange with the sweetness of grapefruit soda. We use our very own triple orange gin for that extra citrus kick!

St. Clements cocktail recipe

Ingredients you'll need

50ml Madame Jennifer Triple Orange Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

10ml fresh orange juice

10ml simple sugar syrup

75ml pink grapefruit soda (we've used one from our friends at London Essence Company)

Here's how to make it

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

  2. Add the triple orange gin, lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.

  3. Stir gently with a long spoon to combine the flavours.

  4. Top it all off with the bubbly pink grapefruit soda.

  5. Garnish with a slice of orange for an extra pop of colour!

  6. Enjoy!

Did you know: St. Clements cocktail was inspired by the nursery rhyme 'Oranges and Lemons'. We wonder how many times you have to hear a nursery rhyme before you start dreaming about gin cocktails.
